TILO&FIX
Two grades, built for different jobs: a C2TE S1 Premium Exterior & Large Format adhesive for façades and heavy stone, and a C1 Standard Indoor adhesive for everyday interior tiling. Both cementitious, both engineered to IS 15477:2019 and EN 12004.
Durable
Holds large-format tile in place through years of foot traffic, heat and damp.
Higher adhesion
An anti-slip bond that grips vitrified, marble, granite and natural stone alike.
Easy to use
Mix, comb, place — a straightforward method any tiler can follow on site.

Two grades, built for different jobs
Same cementitious base, two very different briefs. One is engineered for heavy stone on exterior walls through a full summer's heat cycle; the other keeps everyday interior tiling simple and affordable. Pick by the job, not the bag.
Not sure which grade you need? Answer two quick questions.
1. Where's the job?
2. What's the tile?

Your surfaces deserve premium protection
Home reflects who we are — and the floors and walls that carry it need more than a passing bond. Every bag in the H&A Tilofix range is a polymer-modified cementitious adhesive, formulated and tested to a documented technical data sheet rather than guesswork on site.
Whichever grade you pick, it's built on the same manufacturing discipline: washed aggregates, consistent polymer dosing, and quality control under ISO 9001:2015 — so what's on the data sheet is what ends up on the wall.
The result is two Premium Quality Products for anyone laying vitrified, semi-vitrified, marble, granite or natural stone — from a single bathroom wall to a full building façade.

Twelve steps, laid in order
Every fix follows the same method on site — from clearing dust off the substrate to grouting the finished floor a day later. Follow it in sequence; the wait steps are where the bond does its real work.
Clear the substrate
Remove dust, oil and other bond-inhibiting agents before you begin.
Measure the water
4.8 – 5.2 L of clean water per 20 kg bag of H&A Tilofix.
Add the powder
Pour H&A Tilofix into the water — not the other way around.
Mix thoroughly
Blend to a lump-free paste for a full 3 minutes.
Let it slake
Wait 3 minutes before you touch the mix again.
3 MIN WAITSet the bed
Comb a bed thickness of 6 – 12 mm across the surface.
Back-butter the tile
Comb adhesive onto the tile itself for full, even contact.
Place & work it in
Set the tile down and move it perpendicular to the comb lines.
Tap it level
Seat the tile with a wooden mallet, working from the centre out.
Wipe the excess
Clear surplus adhesive off the tile face with a damp cloth.
Let it cure
Leave the tile undisturbed for a full 24 hours.
24 HR WAITFinish with grout
Close the joints with H&A Tilofix Grout to complete the floor.
Classified, not guessed
Both grades are tested and classified against IS 15477:2019 and EN 12004 — the Premium Exterior & Large Format adhesive as C2TE S1, the Standard Indoor adhesive as C1. Every batch is manufactured under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system, so the numbers on the data sheet are the numbers on site.
